Default A new one! Kinda. 240

This the 3rd Volvo in our clan. Some friends offered it to us for free. They didn't want to fix it up. It failed inspection due to: front ball joints, taillights being out, the alternator was 'broke' and the car had been sitting for months. My mom called me and asked me if I wanted it. I said yes. The interior still looks to be in great shape. After getting it road worthy again, I think that the auto will have to be the first thing that goes. Too bad it's over 2000 miles away from me right now. It will be a good, when I'm home project. It's a LH2.4 car, so I can finally get familiar with the OBD in those cars. In the past few months we have have tripled our Volvo fleet. I'm in heaven. I still haven't met the 2007 XC70 my mom got. She's been having a hard time shifting the manual Honda Element because of arthritis, so she opted for an auto, but at least it was a Volvo.

Here's a few pics they sent me:

Do I spot a '57 T-Bird next to the XC70?

Yup. I wish I could afford to re-chrome that nasty bumper.
