I get this pusling in the front when I press on the brakes. What might cause this do I need to change the rotors and pads ? Or just the rotors?

 

Sounds like warped rotors.
I would change both unless the Pads are like new.

 

Thank you for the ans to the AC problem it worked and now I dont have a flood LOLLOL thank you for the Brake ans I thought so but I was not sure. Im sure I will have more question I dnt know much about these cars this is my 1st Volvo 240 always had Saabs but thought I would changet o some thing dif.
