my wife has told me, now thats its raining, that her rear passenger window on her '92 940 wont roll up.

the switches all have power and when I use them it makes an awful noise...like something is hitting something and the window kinda shakes like it wants to go up but cant...it is stuck completely down.

i have the door panel off of the door and I found a piece of plastic in the bottom of the door that is shaped like a wishbone (kinda)...could this be part of my window problem...or part of the problem of actually getting the door to open (which is a subject for another thread i suppose).

does this sound familiar to anyone?

any ideas as to a fix?
