Default Rear Wheel Bearings Replacement Cost (1993 940)

Hello everyone,

I just picked up a 1993 Volvo 940 (Base) and it needs some Suspension work.

It looks like a lot of the bushings and the tie rods needs replacing, along with the rear wheel bearings.

Does anyone know how much a fix like that should cost?

Thanks,
Yogi

there is a little squeak and a left to right movement of the wheel in the rear.

If the wheel bearings were allowing left to right movement - That would push the brake pads back, and the discs would rub against the calipers - in turns i guess (the calipers are fixed to the diff housing) - and cause the brake pedal to be very soft. Is that happening?

If so you would be able to see grinding marks on the brake discs where they were touching the calipers.
