Does anybody here have any experience rebuiling a rack and pinion? I thought about buying a rebuilt unit for about $200 plus shipping. But I saw on E-Bay a seal kit for the rack and pinion. Mine seems to work fine just leaks. Maybe I can get away with rebuilding/resealing it myself. How hard is it to do this? Any tips?

 

if you havent had any prior experance with this type of thing i would steer clear. it would be easier to buy a remaned rack and pinion.
