Hi all, first post here!

I just picked up a 92 940T and the driver headlamp is cracked, so it won't pass safety inspection. However, it has the fog light option and everything I find is for cars without fog lights.
Am I missing something? I don't even see how to remove the square lamp separately.

 

drivers headlight lens+reflector assembly for the w/ fog version is volvo PN 1358540, ouch, about $400, and I am not sure Depo makes an aftermarket one (they do for the non-fog configuration, but changing from one to the other requires a new grill, new turn signals, new under-headlight-trim, hardly worth it). the parts drawing may give you hints as to how to remove it, I think I would remove the whole assembly then take it apart

your best bet will be a junkyard, I suspect. any 91-95 940 with the fogs (most upscale ones had them) or 92-93 960 (94+ 960's had a facelift that is incompatible)
