just wondering if there is a product that can restore fading plastic rims for an '88 740?

where can you find it cheap? never really heard of a leather treatment for plastic

I would try like Wal-Mart, K-Mart, a leather shop.

Did you look on VS about it?

I would just sand your rims and paint them. That should be your best bet.
