Seat Belt Light Outta Control!

Hey everyone, back again with more questions
The big red seatbelt reminder light keeps turning on/off randomly, and sometimes flickers when Im driving. Its the light that would be next to the AC Control. Anyway, it didnt start acting up until a few days ago when I went to an abandoned parking lot and did cookies in the rain.
Loose wire maybe? Can I just completely disconnect it alltogether? Awesome.
Also, is my car RWD? or FWD?
