I had a fire in the harness that connects that alternator to the battery, more then likely from the bare wires contacting the engine. Does anyone know where I can order a replacement from?

 

I'd make absolutely cetain I knew the cause before I started replacing parts.

Just got done pulling back that harness and it appears there was an area of the harness where the wires had fused together. So I can only guess that after years of chaffing against the engine block that insulation wore through causing the fire.
