Default Sparkless 740

My 90' 740 turbo wagon won't start. It suddenly died one afternoon while I was parking. It will turn, but won't start. I've since replaced the electronic control unit and ignition coil. Still nothing. The power stage is next. I know the timing belt is not broken, the valves are opening and closing and fuel is making it to the fuel injection assembly. When I unplug the coil wire from the distributor, I get a weak pulse but no visible spark when it's cranked. I was told that it could be the pickup coil in the distributor. Any help or points in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!

Either the pickup in the Dist. or the engine speed sensor which ever one you have.

check radio suppression relay if you are not getting pulse at fuel injectors. On my 740 it is over by the coolant tank. This is only if you are not getting gas into the combustion chamber.
