still running hot....HELP!!!!

Default still running hot....HELP!!!!
ok last month I had a brand new radiator put on.....it worked fine for a little while. now it's running hot again....I changed the thermostat and it still runs hot....any ideas?

I have a 86 240

How do you know that it is running hot? The temperature compensation board in the instrument cluster may be bad and causing the guage to read innaccuratly.

that may be it because on friday it was raining heavily and all of a sudden the check battery, parking brake, and brake failure lights all came on and haven't gone off.......how can I check that myself?
