Default Throttle Wont Open?

The engine still idles, drives in idle, and the cables appear to be moving, but the engine gets no gas when I press the pedal or turn the pulley manually. Any ideas? Thanks.

Butterfly not moving in the Throttle body? I would pull the throttle body and see what is going on?

If it's the link pictured below that falls off when someone does not tighten the locking nuts after being adjusted - you will need the two lock nuts also - one of those is left hand thread. I think there are 2 different lengths of rods - not knowing what car/engine you have that may not be the correct part number

.
