Default Transmission Growl

I have a 92 745Ti (auto) with 106,000 and the transmission has started to make a slight growling noise in first and second gear when it shifts up through gears and down shifts through the gears. It is only noticeable in these two gears so far.

Fluid levels are good and clean.

Motor mounts are in good shape.

No shakes, no rattles, no shudders.

Any ideas on what to check for?

Thanks
RedBrick

What would I be looking for in this bearing?

Alot of times what happens is the Bearing seizes up then it spins in the rubber carrier.

Safely put it on Jackstands and spin the driveshaft and see if the bearing is spinning in the carrier.

Check center bearing and it's rubber cradle/mount.
