Default Trouble finding parts

I'm rebuilding a B230FT and I've having trouble figuring out which parts I need. Particularly the main bearings and con rod bearings.

I've got 3 different part numbers for the main bearings
MS1610AL-020
MS1610AL-010
MS1610AL-030

And 3 different part numbers for the con rod bearings
CB1302P-010
CB1302P-030
CB1302P-STD

Can anyone tell me which ones I need to get? Or what it would depend on? If you need any more info, I have 3 sets of numbers that were on the block.

wild guess says, those have to be matched to the crank and con rods.

btw, wow, never heard of anyone needing a bottom end rebuild on one of these motors.

The difference in part numbers here I'm pretty sure is the oversizes. .010", .020", .030", STD (standard). Not to sound like a jerk, but I are you sure that you need to replace them? Have you plastigauged them and determined that you need new ones? Was an old one spun? Have you miced the crank to make sure it's within spec? I just have no clue what skill level you posses. I don't want explain a lot of stuff you already know and insult your intelligence, but on the other hand if you need help know how to determine all that, I'd be happy to tell you my experience (or lack thereof).

Not a problem mate, but I have a sneaking suspicion I need new bearings haha. This is only my first full engine rebuild, so I am pretty new to it all, but friend of mine has done a couple before. I thought that might have been what it meant, but just wanted to clarify.

Anyway, I'm using the engine for racing, so I'd like it to at least last a few weekends before it dies haha. I've got a build thread in "All Other Volvos" - '74 144 GL Race Car Project, if you wanted to have a look, tell me what you think there, and I'm always open to advice if you want to pm me, thanks.
