Turn signal makes buzzing noise

Default Turn signal makes buzzing noise
I have a '89 240 DL. When I turn on the turn signal something in the dash buzzes and the fasten seat belt light turns on. It only does this occasionally though. Sometimes after buzzing, I'll turn it off and on again and it will start working. Any ideas?

Most likely a Bad turn signal relay.

Is this difficult to replace in this car? It is located in the dash?

Follow the Buzzing to find it and plug the new one in and done.
