Hello,
I have a 740 GL wagon, I have problems with the turn signal and tail lights.
1. When I have the headlighs or running lights off, turn signal works R&L no prob.
2. Running lights ON, Tail lights all on, except 3rd brake, R-turn signal onmy tails flash including reverse!!!
3. Headlamps ON,NO turn signal, just a dim green light on my dash. : /

Please help,,,
I replaced the switch, it is still the same. (got it at the junk yard)
Do I have to replce the lamps?
Check the ground? If so where do I start?

I'd check the rear lights circuit boards beside the grounds. The switch and the bulbs are not the problem.

 

Check that the wires are all indpedent from each other i had this problem and it was becuase of terrible wiring thanks to the previous owner so i rewired them all but that might be more then you'll need to do.
