hi!
i have this Volvo 940, 1994 and the instrument panel does not light up.
everything else works, speedometer, tachometer, trip mileage etc, etc, etc.
i checked all the fuses and they seem to be fine.
any idea what may be wrong?

do the other dash lights work (heater controls, miscellaneous dash switches, shift indicators) ?

 

hi pierce! everything is pitch black.
from time to time, the light of the gas gauge comes on and marks gas empty.
also a light that shows a burned light bulb comes on and a directional arrow also comes on.
then after a wile, everything is black.
