volvo 240 B200 FT
Hello Volvo Lovers,
I recently bought a Volvo 240 with a B200 FT engine and it ran fine until a week ago, when it suddenly wouldn't start anymore, so I tested the most logical things, but everything was there, but the injectors gave way too much fuel when the car turned on the ignition the injectors started spraying and didn't stop.so most likely the ECU is broken. but how is that possible?
the following ecu and injectors are in the car.
ecu: bosh 0 280 000 932
injectors: 0 280 150 804
can u guys help me out?

Might help if you post the model year of your car. Mid-eighties ('84-'87) were notorious for their biodegradable wiring harnesses. When the engine harness degraded you could get all sorts of weird electronic problems.
Wiring issues or a faulty ground connection could also cause ECU malfunctions. Have you checked for damage or corrosion on the ECU connectors?
Also, I’d suggest checking the fuel pressure regulator, fuel lines, and fuel pump.
