1990 240DL sedan

I'm a newbie about to start working on the front end. I've got the Bentley manual and am looking through this forum for info.

The parts I need are:

- front brakes and rotors,
- left front lower ball joint,
- front wheel bearings, and
- lug studs

Where are the best parts places for quality parts? What brand for each of what I need is recommended?

Parts places - FCP Groton, others?
Parts brands - ?

FCP is also good.

 

Replace both front balljoints. Trust me, the other one will not be far off gone.
