So, today I noticed a smell come from my car, but only when I am out side of the car. I noticed it when I went to fill up on gas, I was near the red on the gas gauge. It smells like low tide at the beach. I am thinking it would be something to do with the gas system, tank, line, filter, etc? Somebody let me know It was nasty and it there is a issue with the system then maybe that why my 244 has been running a little off lately.

When a catalytic converter start going bad, it smells like rotten eggs. It could also account for it running a bit "off".
