What does this idiot light mean?
Day two of 245 ownership, and I had an idiot light come on in the dash. The car didn't come with an owners manual. Can anyone tell me what this light means?

Use the diagnostic shorting plug on the drivers fender (near master cyl.) to check the flash codes. You will get fuel system,and ignition faults depending on which slot the shorting wire is in.You have to hold and release the push button for 3 seconds. If my Bently manual were handy I could give you specifics on the exact pin to short for each system.Then you will need a fault list.Be careful not to short the wrong pin though.

your 240 is almost identical to the LH 2.4 740/940 cars, except it doesn't have the 'radio suppression relay' (a not infrequent source of failure on said 740/940s) and the relays and fuses are all in different places.
