Default what's worth saving? 89 245 wagon.

I have an 87 245 I got for free that had been dead for a decade. Has 102K miles on it. Out of the 89 245 M47 parts car purchased I grabbed a new set of tires, interior front seats, gas tank good plastic lenses, swapped injectors,cap rotor wires plugs. fuses
Will grab an interior panel or two. Exterior missing chrome pieces. The 89 is a Real straight body rust free.
87 Car runs nicely now.
I guess the starter and alternator are worth culling, perhaps the tailgate struts, high pressure fuel pump and maybe the gauge cluster. Radio.
Might grab the oil pan because it seems the threads on the 87 are bunged up and I have a small drip, and no I didn't replace the copper gasket. Might a thread chasing tap do it?
What else before it goes away? Braking system was toast. Do wiper motors fail? It's aM47 car with the drive train complete and I am unlikely to want to do a swap for the existing AW. It's a roller and the scrappers only offer $200. My
It has the 2.4 injection system, so is it's ecu worth the effort? zipcode is 20866. hope to bring it to the State inspection Station and get it on the road for a shake out.

the 89 and 87 ECUs are completely incompatible.
