Can I change my 14 inch rims to a 15 or 16 each rim with the same bolt pattern?

Yes. Just make sure that the offset is similar or you will need spacers or have rubbing problems. Remember that the sidewall height of the tire will need to smaller to maintain proper wheel well spacing as well as ensuring that the speedometer is not off.
