where did it come from? looks like some sort of hose connector, possibly for a vacuum line... searches for the PN 1395306 suggest its a discontinued part

it’s a vacuum hose...where can I find a replacement ?

well, it's just a vacuum hose connector, so find something the same inner diameter and cut to length...
