Default 1988 volvo wagon won't start

I have a 1988 760 wagon with 2.3 turbo automatic , i started it one day when it was cold , warmed it up drove for 20 feet and it died. Tries to turn over but when I pop the oil cap off the cam doesn't turn. So I thought timing snapped pulled the cover off. All looks to be there? Advice? Thanks

could be the roll pin locating the intermediate gear has snapped and the pulley is running not catching anything. Also possible for the cam pulley
The lower timing gear behind the Harmonic balancer has a little nub on the back, which is prone to breaking if this goes all kinda things go to heck.
Take it apart and see what failed.
let me know what went south
