Electronics turn on, fuel pump fires, but no turn over. We replaced the ignition control module, but it still randomly does that. If you just let it sit a while it will then start and run great!

Try pulling codes from OBD. It sounds like an overheating, failing sensor or relay so...either the fuel pump relay, cam position sensor or the ignitor module.
