I have a 1996 Volvo 960 the blinking orange arrow comes on and W-S-E blink. The arrow comes on and off and sometimes the car feels like its starting in low gear, then drives fine. There was a few times where the speedometer didn't read for a few minutes as well. Got a tranny code of 2-3-2 indicating a speedometer sensor. Do you think it is just this sensor? Bad PNP switch? Would like to know before brining it to a mechanic. Thanks.
