Default bov question

Ok i just got a 1988 760tic. I am just wondering if i can install a blow off valve on it

what steps am i going to have to take to make this possible. where would be the best place to put it. and am gonna have to get additional piping.

You will need to get a piece welded to your piping.
Some people put it close to the throttle body and others put it closer to the turbo.

well the piping from the turbo to the throtle body is all plastic.

Some of the intercooler piping should be aluminum.
For some Idea's on placing check out cardomain.com in the 740,760 section.
Here is a pic of one on my buddies old car that was built up pretty good.

He had it custom made with a Mustang 65MM throttle body.

That is sweet. I want one, but not sure if it will pass the"visual" inspectionin California. My dad wont even take the chance of havingthe cone filter on the car when we get it smogged.
