1997 960 Wagon


I have to replace the fuel rail. Are there any injector parts (seals,o-rings, etc.) I should replace while I am there?

 

Only advice I'd give you is this. Replace the seals (you'll need six FI seal kits) and be very careful and try to save the spacer on the existing seals. The spacer that you receive in the new seal kit is improperly sized - I'm told the Volvo service mechanics always use the old spacer. I carelessly broke/lost mine and had to hit the Home-Depot to look for something that would work as a substitute. Don't know why Volvo doesn't fix the kit - but they haven't. Good luck!
