Default Green or orange coolant

Hello everyone. I'm planning on changing the coolant by myself over the weekend. I would like to ask you which coolant should I use: green or orange one. And, what's the best do it yourself way to drain the coolant?
Thanks

I would use the Green stuff.
There is a Drain for the Block on the right side of the engine. It is like under the exhaust manifold.
