Default What do you think of this?

I'm looking to buy these rims for my 960 wagon...just wanted to get some feedback from those in the know...good deal or not? They do include the center caps...think the lug bolts on the 960 now will work on these rims? TIA...

Not very common, not very sought after either. I think for close to $ 600 you can get better wheels. Aye on the lug bolts.

I had 15" OEM Lapetus wheels, sold for $ 100. https://volvoforums.com/forum/sale-t...package-55819/

Had 17" Arrakis. Excellent condition, with 80% remaining tread Michelin tires, sold for $ 350. https://volvoforums.com/forum/sale-t...50-17-a-55820/

Now I am running aftermarket 15" MSW (about $ 250 value). I need meat in the city. https://picasaweb.google.com/1165353...ogressExterior

I sold also 16" Columbas for $ 200.

Thanks Henry...I like those MSW's...who carries them? Might go that route as they'd be brand new...;-)

The only problem I am having is accepting the fact that most if not all of these rims are made in China...they could give a rat's *** abt quality and you really need to do your homework before plunking down your hard earned greenbacks...Thats kinda why I'd prefer Volvo rims...but it comes down to you get what you pay for....

Agreed. Yet, paying almost $ 600 for used 16" Volvo OEM is a lot higher than market rate. "Market rate" I consider what people sell on the For-Sale section here and other Volvo Forums.

Yeah i too agree that nearly $600 is a bit high, I'm talking with the seller and offered him a lesser amount...maybe we can make a deal if not then I'll go with the Sport Tuning wheels

alright...for the sake of practicality and saving some bucks the Volvo rims are out that eliminates the need for me to buy another set of tires. The Sport Tuning in 15" fits the exact tire size that i have now...i just want to be sure this wheel will fit the 960...heres a link to the specs on the rims...pls affirm that they will or will not fit. Its the T5 rims...Thanks

Yep. They look good. They will fit with no problems. I like the 6.5" width, which means you can put on 215/60/15 tires (94 load index). which will be better handling than spec 195/65/15 (91 load index).

Thats also excellent info...my next set of tires will be the larger size...I just bought the 195's and i'll use them up first...Thanks for the confirmation...gonna pull the trigger on them...will update as un-warranted...

Wheels came in today and they look great...but before I install...its says something abt removal of a locating pin...looking on the rims i see nothing so I assume they mean its on the wheel hub???

On a second thought, I like those wheels more than mine. I'd love to see photos.
