I have been following this thread with some interest. I have a black 1997 965, and I must say good choice of wheels. They really look great. Thanks for posting the pictures.

Thanks for the positive comments...the car has been transformed from its tired dorky look to a more up to date ,even sporty look and I find it an amazing transformation. Anybody want a set of Altair rims cheap??? Also forgot to add that Tire Rack was awesome..They had the rims to me in 2 days..and Sport Tuning is Tire Rack's name brand so you have a good probability that these are pretty well made. I am very pleased...happy with them...they look every bit of quality as one could hope for in this price range...I would without hesitation recommend these rims to anyone.
