Default 850 Parts Diagrams

Hi

nOOb 96 850 wagon owner here. Looking forward to many years of driving a very well maintained car. Bought it from a mechanic who, among other things rotated and balanced his tires once a month.

I also have a BMW E30 and have been using the wonderful www.realoem.com webset to access BMW parts diagrams. Is there a Volvo equivalent to reaoloem? I am looking for a site where I can access factory 850 parts lists.

Thanks

Ray

Hey, E30 owner here too. The only thing I've found is the VADIS software for your computer.

+1 on VADIS. I've heard it is floating around on Bit Torrent but it is ahuge download. You can usually pick up the DVD for under $20.00 on eBay (They don't call it VADIS, they call it a factory service manual and it will list a whole bunch of years for various cars. My DVD came with Volvo written on it with a Volvo Blue Sharpie so I know it is authentic.

The realoem site is nice. For Porsche Parts there is a similar site at www.pelicanparts.com but their Volvo stuff is not nearly as detailed and they are overpriced. There are a number of diagrams at www.thevolvopartsclub.com and there are some diagrams at www.eEuroparts.com and www.fcpgroton.com .

Just to follow on with Lee's comment...you can usually find a $20 copy of VADIS available at ebay.uk.co. I bought a copy from the UK a month or two ago and it works perfect. I saw the "factory service manual" DVDs listed on ebay USA and had no idea what they were so I didn't try one of those. Thanks for clarifying that Lee!
