Hi everyone

I plan to do an oil change on my 1995 850 t-5r and on the cap it say so check owners manual, i don't have an owners manual so I'm not sure what to put in.
I would be interested to know what others would recommend or put in their cars?

Also does anyone know how much oil it should take? It would be helpful to know when I order it.

I'd use full synthetic if it were mine - (on a turbo car)
