Hi all, me again.
I must say, as much as I like the rock solid 850, this 2003 v70 really caught my eye. With two infants and a nine year old, even the 850 barely totes all our gear around for family outings. At the same time if the v70 is a spacious pile of crud, I'll steer clear and suffer in the tight but dependable 850. I can trade the car in for the v70 but will it last as long? Assuming equal mileage? I
Very interesting is that my 95 850 Turbo has a blue book HIGHERthan the 03 v70 with the same mileage....huh? Can that be right? Anyway, some input would be appreciated before I trade my perfectly good 850 for a ticking time bomb...

 

If you're looking for dependable, then I would steer clear of volvo MYs 1999-2004. For more details, research some of my posts on the topic. Sorry, don't have time to write more right now..
