I just got my car inspected and the CE light has been on since I replaced the ABS module with the incorrect one. I tried locating an ABS module in a salvage yard and was told this interchanged but it was from a 97 AWD w/tracs and mine is obviously a 96 fwd w/tracs. The serial # was different on the modules, anyway when I start the car the ABS light was out but the CE light is on and when I am moving faster than 10mph the tracs and ABS light come on and stay on. I had the C/E code read on the car when getting it inspected and it came back with wastegate solenoid voltage low. I did a search on here and found one post about it and went out to the garage and checked my hoses and connections and everything is tight and free from leaks from the solenoid down to the turbo. ANY IDEAS?

 

Double check all hoses from the intake as well.
It might also be a bad Boost control Valve. (The valve on the side of the Air filter box)
