On the bottom right of the intake manifold you should see a gold tube with a sliding lock nut on it, you wouldve had to undo this to take off your manifold in the first place. and then there is 2 bolts that hold the egr valve to the intake manifold. my guess is that they are completely clogged. Your car does have egr right? or did they get rid of that in '95?

ok well then I gaurentee the lines are clogged.
Take off your intake manifold and on the right hand side there will be a lil egr valve being held on with two bolts.
If you cant figure it out by 2moro then I will go take a pic to help guide you

well the egr was plugged, i cleaned it all it put a new maf in. and it ran great when i first started it up, then it started running rough and barely idling again and started sucking oil in again... also wouldnt revv over 3k rpm. started smelling like eggs when i revved it for a bit, so cat maybe...? can you run without a cat on these cars.

could the overfilled oil pan be causing it to suck oil in still?

Running without a cat would give you more power as well as a deeper and louder sound. I am about to be running catless as they are so power restrictive and love the sound....but in regards to your other problem I am not sure...try asking the guys on volvospeed
what makes you think its sucking in oil? Unplug the line going from the oil sep to the ptc(the thicker tube) and feel if oil is coming out of it while running.

oil is coming out of the thick ptc tube and is coming up the turbo while its running, and since it burned a lot of oil before i got it im sure the cat is well plugged thats why it would smell like eggs and i cant revv over 3k rpm

It is very possible it is clogged.
Pull the front O2 sensor and take it for a drive and see if it is better.

Did you make sure you clean engine port holes well?
oil sep is new?
Now you keep mentioning that you have excess oil, how much extra oil is in there? Try drainingsome oil out if you feel you have too much in there.

Update us on the front o2 removal.

btw saw you on vs so welcome

well im not an expert but I think you should drain a couple of quarts then, no reason to have excess oil unless youre burning it which you shouldnt be cause you just serviced the pcv.

Drain the oil, then update
thx=)

Are all the vacuum lines with the PCV system all hooked up and correctly?
If they are not hooked up it can cause it to suck oil and also affect the idle.

they are hooked up properly to my knowledge, the small ptc hose going to the end of the intake and the other random hoses to the intake, i dont really have a vacuum diagram. for the wastegate what hoses go where?

The turbo ones should be on the hood.

UPDATE:

Well i did and oil change to the proper level and it was almost 3 quarts overfilled, well its not burning oil any more, but now i took one of the plugs out on the exhaust and it seems to rev up to 5k no problem, but it is idling at 700k and running rich, but im sure the front o2 sensor is bad from all the oil burnt through it, how could i verify this?

The sensor could be bad. Is there a code for it?
