Default 95' GLT with a CEL

My 1995 850 GLT Non-Turbo Auto has a check engine light.

The OBD II code is: P1618
The factory codes are:
A1: 245
A2: 335
A3: 213, 214, 142
A7: 113

I know the A2: 335 is causing the CEL but I know it's a weird code and doesn't point to any immediate fix. I know that it has to do with the Trans or ABS due to the other code.

The A1: 245 is what confuses me. It denotes "Open or short in Torque limiting circuit" but I can't find any info on how to remedy that or what sensor it is related to. Is it a sensor on the torque covertor? (It's an automatic)

I also know the A3 codes are the rear ABS speed sensors and the brake light sensor. Should I start by throwing those sensors at it, or start with the A1 code?

Thanks for the help!
