Default abs kicks in while driving

My abs activates while I am driving and when I stop the car the hydraulic motor wants to keep runnig until I pull the fuse. Once I pull it for an hour and put it back in it works fine. Any thoughts or answers.

I'm actually having a similar issue, except mine isn't locking up the brakes. I can hear the pump intermittently when driving and can sometime feel a very slight pulsing when braking. The ABS light comes on and off. Typically, if the car has been running for a bit and on the highway with no stop and go traffic, its fine. I originally thought it was a dirty ABS sensor as I found the one on the driver's side was really dirty and the ABS ring had some gunk stuck to it. After cleaning it, it was fine for a few months. However, it came back. I went around and cleaned all 4 sensors and checked the ABS rings. Still no luck after that. I then resoldered the ABS module circuit board. That didn't work. Just last weekend, I replaced the ABS module with a rebuilt one from FCP Groton. That didn't work either. Could I have a bad ABS sensor? I would think with sensors, either they work or they don't, no work intermittently. Out of ideas. I haven't had the ABS code read yet since the shop near me that works on Volvos wants $100 to read the code and I can only imagine what the dealership would want to read it.
