Default Another dash lights thread

Ok, so I picked up a 94’ 850 last week. The rheostat works, at least, it dims the clock and emergency light switch. I can’t find a wiring diagram for the dash lights that isn’t a broken link from a 10 year old post. I did try jumping terminals 1&4 and nothing happened except rheostat at 100%, and I’ve seen it dim the other bulbs so it works. I checked the fuses and tried swapping them. No changes.
Am I missing something? Do I have to pull the cluster and check if voltage is getting to a connector in the back? I can check the cluster for continuity from there if parts are accessible.

thanks in advance

so I pulled the dash, lost half the screws inside the lower dash trim that’s another issue), and found the previous owner tried(unsuccessfully) to add led dash lights, at least the 4 for
illumination in the cluster. I can’t get continuity across the 4 bulb holder terminals. I can with every other light holder. I can’t tell if the bulb holders are original and retrofitted with led’s that just aren’t making contact. I did confirm voltage makes it to the connector itself.

Led in bulb holder

Those look like original bulb holders. I would just remove the LED's and go with regular bulbs. The previous owner of my 855R changed the dash bulbs to blue and a few of them blink on and off (mostly off). I have to pull my dash to replace all of the bulbs.

ok, thanks for confirming, I’ve read about people having to bend terminals to get contact. Normal lights it is!
