Autocross and Time Attack

Autocross and Time Attack
I'm trying to narrow down a list of future modifications to improve the handling of my car (96' 854 with the N/a 2.4L and M56) for Autocross and eventually Time attack racing (amateur level) without ruining drive-ability.
So far I've found;
BC Racing Coil-overs ($990) Not much more expensive than good shocks/struts and IPD coils and more adjustability
IPD Sway bars
Subframe bushing inserts (and new bushings in general)
Short shifter from Viva Performance
Up-fitting to 17" OEM wheels (probably Thor, Otrera, or Tethys)
New 200-300 TW Performance Summer Tires (Stays warm enough year round to not need to worry)
302mm Front Rotor Upgrade
Possibly mild weight reduction
Battery Relocation to rear (for a 40lb battery changes weight distribution from 58% front / 42% rear to 56.5% front / 43.5% rear)
Eventually a harness bar and harness.
Front splitter and a small rear wing (mostly for looks)
Any other Ideas to add to the list?

I know. I'm aiming to place myself in STF. (Street Touring FWD) Most of these are allowed for sure. I'm not sure about the weight reduction or harness though. Everything else should be alright though.
