I'm presently flushing my ATF by the upper hose at the radiator and I was wondering if the oil in the radiator is also flushed?

That should all be flushed when you do it that way.It should get sucked in by the trans when you start it.

So if my radiator is empty, if I just plug the hose back, will I have some air in my line?

It will bleed out the air on its own in no time you won't even know.

I'm trying to put the right level of fluid but when check the Level when it's cold, it looks like i'm missing just a bit of fluid. But when I check it when it's hot, there's no oil on the stick and I keep adding and adding. I tought that the level should have higher when it's hot.

 

Yes is is supposed to be higher when it is hot.A stupid quiestion you are checking it while it is runing correct?

 

Yes, while it's running. When they say cold, if the car haven't been running for 24h and
I start the engine and check it right away, is it ok? (These days, the temperature is arround 0 celsius).
I think that it might have been an accumulation of oil on the pipe's walls because now, even cold, there's no oil on my stick. I'll continu to add some more until I see something.

 

Sounds good.A hot reading is usually after driving atleast 6 miles then checking fluid level again.Most of the time with most repairs 6 miles is enough for either a fault to return or eveything to work normally.
