Blower motor never turns off?
I've noticed the blower motor in my 97 850R Wagon never fully turns off.
I can set the blower speed control in the center at the 0 and warm or cool air comes through the vents, depending on where the thermostat is set.
Any thoughts on the culprit?

No, when the car is moving typically. Air the temperature of whatever the dual climate control is set to, even though the climate control is turned OFF, comes through the vents. Not at full blast, more of a trickle.
If you are parked and you feel air coming through the vents you might have a problem but if you're moving you will always feel some air coming through the vents. It's normal and it's not the blower it's just the way the system is. Air will get pushed through the system when the vehicle is moving.
