Hey guys, I got my hands on a Canadian 850 R auto trans ECU. I want to put it on my US spec 1997 850 R auto wagon. The Canadian ECU is off a car with an EGR Valve. Will this throw a code to the check engine light when I put it in my car? Do I need to worry about anything else.

You don't have egr then yeah, it will throw a code

 

I see, so the 97s dont have an EGR valve
