Default Car back up and running, but odd issue

So i got everything put back together on the PCV system yesterday (had to replace one hose because I ripped it on installation when i did it the first time) and also replaced all my vacuum lines with the stylin silicone.

Had it out tonight in RIDICULOUS cold and i noticed that when i revved the motor in park, it hesitated a bit coming back down at around 1500 rpm. one time i did it, it actually went back UP at 1500, like someone was blipping the throttle.

What I'm wondering is if this could be caused by the cold, or if it's just an anomoly and a function of it being parked for nearly 2 weeks.

I DO have a check engine light on in the car, but the only code I have is for the O2 sensor, which has been there for a while and was not causing this previously.

Thanks in advance for any help you can toss my way.

Did you plug all of your sensors back in? IAC? Throttle position sensor? Do you have a boost gauge so you can see your boost/vac reading? Was the car at operating temp when you starting revving it?

yeah it was at operating temp. All I have right now is the stock boost gauge, but it seemed to be in the same range it normally is. I'll check on that TPS tomorrow. where, specifically, is the plug for that?

The TPS is on the side of the throttle body. It is a small black sensor, you can't miss it.

As for the idle jumping, check to make sure your IAC is working. If it stopped working or is clogged up, it will make the idle jump all around.
