You may just want to buy a carfax if time is that much of an issue. Have you tried searching google to see if any other forums can run it for you?

 

thats a 2.4L turbo?

 

The '56' in the VIN tells me it's not a High Pressure Turbo T5 model. That would have a '53'.

The '56' might be the low pressure turbo of GLT model.

It's already had it's rear main replaced too.
