check engine code
Have a 96 850 turbo and today I got a check engine light. Took the car straight to autozone to read the trouble codes. code is P0103. the diagnosis is a mass air flow input. the attendant suggested the manifold absolute pressure is bad. but im not convinced. could it be a PCV problem, since i have read this should be replaced.
I just bought this car so finding many things wrong with it.
Any suggestions appreciated.

RE: check engine code
No, they just read it.
but they printed this explanation of possible problems.
1. vacuum hose off, cracked tube loose off, or cracked.
2. throttle body intake tube loose off, or cracked.
3. Baro (Barometer)/NAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) defective.
4. VAF (Vana Air Flow)MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor dirty or defective.
Engineload or the air volume entering the engine is measured by these components. The computer has recognized a return signal error.

RE: check engine code
I will try to get the code cleared. I hope it was a one time thing. I wife was driving the car to because her v70 was in the shop. and she said when she started the car it started shaking very bad, so she got scared and turned it off imediately. then she restarted it and the shaking went away but the check engine light came on. i have not experienced the shaking that she was talking about.
