I thought 95 were OBD1? Where would this plug in?
My 95 has the OBDII port in the car under the coin holder. But it only works to read engine codes.
The rest you have to read through OBDI.

Maybe you can find someone that has a scanner that reads realtime and you can borrow it to check the O2 sensor.
