Did you clean the EGR valve when you had it apart?

Ok Luther I pulled my manual...A2:1-5-4 EGR System Leakage.

As Tech says, clean the EGR, check for proper vacuum hose connections at EGR Valve, clean the electrical connections with contact cleaner, then reset the ECU. If none of these helps, you may need a new EGR Valve.

Other than that, your 850 seems to be TLCed.

Thanks guys once again with your fast responses. I did clean it... I spayed it with Deep Creep and roto rooter it out...maybe I messed it up. I read the manual and it refers to something call a themostatic vacuum switch, is that the evap valve or the control unit up on the top of the radiator? Damn 195.00 dollars for the EGR valve. This car is killing me. But when it runs it runs, right, lol!! How does one actually test the EGR valve....with a vac gauge??

You would add vaccum to it and make sure it moves.
You removed the valve and cleaned the intake as well?
