Cold start won’t idle
97 850 takes several minutes to finally warm up enough to idle normally. This happens only when the car has not run for several hours I would say 8 to 10 hours.
i’m running the car on E 85.

OBDII scan tool is the easy way. Just plug up and look at what temperature the car thinks it is. Then you can decide to agree or disagree with the car.
E85 is definitely a problem; it wants to run rich when cold, and it's not able to. There's no way it can adjust until the O2 sensor warms up. I would think you'll see a code for excessive fuel trim when it's in closed loop, but you be the judge there.
